Wallsconces Venini - attributed to Fulvio Bianconi

Set of 2 wall sconces from Venini in the form of torches. Opaline glass and brass holders. Design attributed to Fulvio Bianconi. Height: 38 cm Depth (from wall): 25 cm. Width: 10 cm

The wall sconces were installed in cinemas throughout the country and probably ordered directly from Venini, who, at the time, was collaborating with the large store NK in Stockholm. Venini was introduced to Sweden and NK by Tyra Lundgren who had been working at Venini since 1936.
