Pia Ingelse primarily works with oil paintings, objects, film and performance.She makes  med måleri i olja men även med objekt, film och performance. She makes charged images that touch the dark. Her art is a research into identity. She tell stories in representational paintings where she uses attributes, symbols and traditions trying to find a perfect balance between light and dark, good and evil. This to create tension and momentum. The painting was shown at her solo exhibition at the Gotland Museum of Art in 2017.
